TRAINING LEADERS - CHANGING LIVES

The International Leadership Institute (ILI) changes history by accelerating the spread of the life-transforming power of the Gospel through leaders of leaders empowered by the Holy Spirit. ILI trains and mobilizes more than 10,000 leaders each year with the eight core values of the most effective Christian leaders. ILI alumni serve on the frontlines in nearly every sector of society. They live in more than 70 nations and speak more than 200 languages. They are highly committed to impact their communities and nations. They represent the "best of the best" among servant leaders who are bringing about the Kingdom of God on earth.

In addition to the current leadership training curriculum, ILI is launching a new “discipleship” resource to be used at local churches. This resource is called “Christian to the Core: Eight Core Values for Christian Living” and will be available starting January 1, 2011.

Leadership training is provided through conferences, small groups, and personal study. An online course is in development with a projected launch of September 2011. ILI training focuses on the eight core values of the most effective leaders. All ILI training is Biblical, relevant, reproducible, and transformational. Leadership training experiences currently available include:

International Conference
A two-week leadership training event for top leaders of leaders, held annually for twelve to fifteen nations covering a major region of the world. For 2011, ILI will hold an international conference for the Middle East.

National Conference
A six-day leadership training experience for leaders of leaders held annually in more than forty nations around the world. Alumni are equipped to multiply their training through strategies that are effective for their region.

Regional Conference
A fourteen-session leadership experience held in a three-day conference, three one-day events, or fourteen individual sessions. Annually, more than three hundred regional conferences are organized and led by ILI alumni around the world.

History Makers Journey
Launched in 2005, History Makers is ILI’s special track for young leaders between age 18 and 30. God is raising up a current generation of young leaders who are passionate, creative, and committed to reaching the world for Jesus Christ. The History Makers Journey is a six-day leadership training experience designed for young, emerging leaders. History Makers is active in more than twenty nations around the world.

History Makers Regional Conference
A twelve-session leadership experience for young, emerging leaders that can be held as a two-day conference, two one-day seminars, or twelve individuals sessions. History Makers alumni organize and lead regional conferences.

Leadership Beyond
A twelve-session leadership journey designed for the local church. This resource adapts ILI’s globally recognized leadership training resources specifically for the local church.
