"All eight core values have penetrated my spirit" declared a participant in Southern Africa.  "ILI is God's tool to bring a deeper level of leadership that is in accordance with the Word of God.  It is also a tool to bring a re-awakening to the Body of Christ, to the works of God on earth, and especially to the Great Commission.  I am especially passionate that I will have the same passion Christ had for the lost.  I resolved to return home and put my life in order.  I will also reach out to 30 leaders in my own town with the same tools."

Through the leadership of Alfred and Muumbe Kalembo, Directors for Southern Africa, lives are being changed as leaders receive ILI's advanced leadership training.  By the middle of 2007, six national conferences had already been held in Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana.  South Africa will host their second national conference in November.  Alumni are holding regional conferences each month in either the national or local languages.
