We must let God take control of our schedules and lives, and stop allowing busyness to control us, "exclaimed Walter Villagra during the Asuncion International Conference. 

Thirty delegates representing thirteen nations graduated in Asuncion, Paraguay at ILI's first international conference held entirely in Spanish.  The delegates included men and women from both the church and business leadership arenas.  Paraguay's first History Makers Journey for emerging leaders was held simultaneously.

Dr. Norival Trindade, ILI's Vice President for Training, proclaimed at the conference, "Latin America has changed from a mission field for North America and European missionaries into one of the greatest contemporary missionary forces in the world.  Our leadership is for this hour.  Thousands of missionaries from Latin America are being sent to the nations, but there is so much more that we can do."
