Welcome to the Global ILI Team community website. Access to this area our website is accessible by invitation only. It is designed for graduates of ILI conferences to connect and learn.  In this area you will have the following features:

• A personal Homepage for you and others to visit
• A networking tool to find and interact with other leaders
• Online discussion forums with input from our international training team
• A global prayer network for mutual prayer
• Online coaching and mentoring opportunities

The Global ILITeam is a user-driven community. Instead of us at the international office determining what you read and see, such as stories and photos,  all content and relationships are determined by users. Please make sure to create and constantly update your personal page. Visit other pages, find colleagues who attended training with you and meet new friends from other parts of the world.

This site will also be a powerful learning tool to continue your ILI training through our discussion forums. Make sure to check our forums regularly. And we count on your prayers, so read the prayer network box for the latest prayer requests from ILI leaders all over the globe and post your own needs for the community to intercede with you. We want to have a worldwide virtual prayer meeting 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

Here are three simple steps to setup your account and begin networking with leaders around the world.

STEP ONE – UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION
We need to know several things about you to put your page together. Here is how you do it. 

1. Click on “update my information” on the menu to the left.
2. Enter all relevant information by filling out the different forms in that section.
3. Upload a recent photo of yourself for your homepage. Use a small photo (around 25kb) so that your will download quickly where internet is slow. You can use Microsoft Picture editor or another picture software to resize your photo accordingly. (for how to upload photos, click here) 
4. Make sure to create a small message to all who visit your page. Say a few things about yourself, your ministry and your history with ILI. Keep it short so it fits the size of the box 

STEP TWO – BUILD YOUR PERSONAL WEBPAGE
After you fill the forms, Global ILITeam will automatically build a home page for you. Now you will have to add content to it, such as pictures, video, etc. Here is how to build and update your page.

1. Click on the “update my personal page” on the left menu
2. Click on “edit page” when your home page comes up again.
3. Click on the buttons next to the picture galleries and follow the instructions. Make sure to upload small pictures, so they won’t be heavy for people to see. For detailed information on how to upload pictures and videos, click here. 

STEP THREE – BUILD YOUR NETWORK
The success of the Global ILI Team website is totally dependent on participation by our leaders. It is up to you and I to make this an exciting place. The larger our personal networks are, the better the community will be. There are two things you must do to often in order to participate. 

• BE A PART OF DISCUSSION FORUMS - Check out the forums and see if there is a topic of your interest there by clicking on the corresponding button. If you have a question to ask or a comment to make, you may post your question by following the instructions. Then make sure to come back periodically to check out responses to your post.
• FIND FRIENDS AND CONTACT THEM. Start looking for other people. Initially the community may be small, but it will grow. Add friends to your network and make sure to visit their pages every now and then. When you do so, you may leave a personal note to them, so they will see you stopped by.
