Conferences

The International Leadership Institute trains and mobilizes leaders of leaders to accelerate the spread of the Gospel around the world.

ILI training conferences are held on levels: international, national, and regional.  In addition, ILI has three special programs:  History Makers (emerging leaders between the age of 18 and 30.  Peak Performance Training (ILI alumni who have trained at least 100 other leaders), and World Changers (a three-day experience for lay people that is currently only offered in the USA).

Every ILI leadership conference is designed as a transformational experience that impacts a person's character, commitment, and skills for leadership.  Normally limited to thirty leaders in order to maximize learning and personal growth, participants learn from ILI's faculty as well as one another.
