ILI graduates who train 100 or more leaders qualify for a unique training experience called Peak Performance Training.

Limited to twenty participants per session, Peak Performance Training provides advanced faculty training, personalized mentoring utilizing a state-of-the-art leadership profile tool called PEAKS, and strategic planning for accelerating the pace of ILI training.

ILI Peak Performance graduates represent the best of the best among ILI’s training team.  Many Peak Performance graduates have trained more than one thousand leaders.  Several ILI graduates lead training teams that have equipped more than 5000 leaders.

Peak Performance Training has been held in East Africa, South Asia, and West Africa.  Future events are being planned for Latin America and Southern Africa.
