Imagine riding on a train over two thousand miles, through six time zones, from Siberia  to  Moscow,  to  receive  ILI training.  That's exactly what one participant did for the opportunity to attend the first ILI National Conference in Moscow, Russia.

During a teaching session, Martin Durham (2003) quoted C.T. Studd, "Some want to live within the sound of church bells, but I want to run a rescue shop within a yard of hell!" The Holy Spirit used that statement to challenge the participants, many of whom were from a denomination that existed prior to Soviet communism, but was forced underground for seventy years. Today, this denomination is growing with over two thousand congregations.

Pastor Alexander Putevski stated, "From the first day I realized that I am very blessed to be here. I now have a clearer understanding of God's plan for my life."
