The International Leadership Institute trains and mobilizes leaders of leaders to accelerate the spread of the Gospel around the world. 

Based on global research, ILI provides advanced training in leadership, evangelism, and multiplication centered on the eight core values that are essential for effective Christian leadership.

Qualified Christian leaders are strategically selected to attend ILI conferences based on their proven leadership ability, commitment to God, passion to reach people with the Gospel, and desire to train other leaders.  Attendance is normally limited to thirty people in order to maximize the life impact for each person.

Graduates are mobilized to apply the principle of multiplication by training 100 or more leaders within two years.

ILI alumni now lead in more than fifty nations.
