The International Leadership Institute senior leadership team combines years of experience with a passionate commitment to change history by accelerating the spread of the Gospel. Most of ILI’s senior team, lead a significant ministry or business that is committed fulfilling God’s purposes in their region of the world.
By design, ILI alumni lead the growth of ILI training. Every graduate is equipped and mobilized to train other leaders and disciple Christians in the eight core values of the most effective Christian leaders. In 2000, ILI’s leadership team equipped 200 leaders in through three events. Annually, ILI now trains and mobilizes over 10,000 leaders through more than 300 events. By 2015, ILI believes that more than 25,000 leaders of leaders need to be equipped and mobilized each year.
